Debbie Gentry


Debbie is a New Jersey native and a passionate senior executive who demonstrates success in transforming operational, cultural and financial results. 

She has 20 years of experience in leading multi-functional manufacturing organizations and is driven to lead organizations and people dedicated to operational success. Debbie received a bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of South Florida. 

She is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Global Management Accountant. After graduation, she worked in public accounting across many different industries. 

Before diving into staffing, Debbie was the CFO of Varicon Solutions, a leading container company in Greenville, SC. Previously, she was the controller of a start-up chemical company that prospered and was sold to Wacker Chemie AG. During this tenure, she was responsible for all human resource functions, both hands - on and through the development of HR personnel. She recruited for all positions at Wacker/Kelmar including V.P., sales, quality, operators, office and warehouse/logistics. 

Debbie, having sat on the same side of the desk as her clients, understands the importance of working with a staffing company that delivers on its promises. 

She works to ensure our clients get the customer service and the quality employee that so many times she struggled to get so many times when she had a need. When Debbie is not embroiled in day-to-day staffing, she is enjoying her granchildren or entertaining friends for a Panthers Football game at her home in Inman, SC.
